  We were in the market for a new sofa so we went out shopping over a few weeks, looking around at the different options. We came to the shopping center because there are two furniture stores right next to each other. We went to the first one and was not impressed with any of the couches, sofas, or sectionals. All were hard and felt overpriced for the quality. We left shortly after arriving. So we walked over to La-Z-Boy. I was amazed at the selection that was laid out before my naive eyes. It was as if there was a heavenly world hidden by the shroud of disappointing cushions. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Nasha. She pleasantly showed us around the entire selection of the cloud like couches. She was very patient when asked questions on the different style of couches. Even explained the very fine details of the warranty information that I couldnt understand with my peanut brain. We found the perfect sectional for our needs. Custom fit and custom made. I know we made the right decision when shopping at La-Z-Boy. I would totally recommend a friend to this luxurious way of living. La-Z-Boy fo life!

  We had an excellent experience with La-Z-Boy both in the showroom and with delivery. The interior designer (Whitley) was wonderful in helping us design our living room virtually and the final look is just what we were looking for. The delivery men (John & Fred) did an super job in bring the furniture, covering their feet and being careful not to damage our walls or the new furniture. Overall, top notch job!

  Our experience at the Newark, DE showroom was A+! Rebecca was extremely polite, patient and totally accommodating. Our sales transaction couldn't have been any better! Highly recommend.

  Mike was the representative who helped us at the store, both times, since I went back a second time to get a chair. He was wonderful! Not pushy, just very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He knew just the right things to suggest based on what we thought we wanted and told us to take our time making sure. When I went back the second time, he worked to make sure things were taken care of so efficiently. After the chair was delivered, we had to call because it was faulty and he was the one to take care of the problem - again, quickly and efficiently. If we were to go back there or refer others to this store, we would definitely make sure we deal with Mike again.
