Sales people were informed and available if I had questions but didn’t hover. I needed chair with lumbar support and this chair has it. I never felt rushed when choosing material for my purchase. The 2 young men who delivered recliner were professional while getting piece into house and removing old recliner. They went over remote use. It was a spendy purchase but you get what you pay for in my opinion. Happy to recommend Lazy Boy folks in Natick!
