  Love my new LazyBoy electriz recliner. It fits me perfectly (thanks to super sharp eyes and knowledge of my sales rep who could see exactly what I needed when I didn't have a clue. My recovery from knee surgeey has been helped by having a recliner that I adore!

  Zehra was a very personable, patient, and well-informed sales agent. She helped us find just the item we wanted and select the fabric. We later had second thoughts about the fabric color, so we went to the franchise store in Lexington, SC to look again. Robert was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. After discussing our situation, we discovered that we had made the right choice after all. Our two La-Z-BOY recliners are 30 years old and that reliability is why we went back to La-Z-Boy for our new sofa.

  Rachael was extremely patient with us answering all our questions and showing us a wide range of choices. No pressure to sell us the most expensive choice. We were able to actually stay under our budget and got exactly what we wanted. The boss even loaded one of our chairs in our car. Our second recliner was delivered in a very short time. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
