  The furniture is top notch and Hanna was great to work with. The delivery guys were on time and did a great job The only thing that I had an issue with was payment. I.paid by check the deposit and then needed to.pay the balance by credit card for delivery. They would not take my card over the.phone unless I sent them a copy of tje card and my driver's lis by email. Who in their right mind would do that. I had to drive 45 minutes to pay the balance in person. Very inconvenient and totally ridiculous.

  Manager was super nice and price matched the chair I wanted that I found for like half off at a different online store. Came super quick and the movers took out my old chair and put in my new one in like 10 min.

  Sales associate Hannah helped my husband and I with a sofa purchase gifted by my dad. She made the process easy & the experience great for us. She was super attentive and helpful. We love our new sofa & truly appreciated her taking the time to help us with our somewhat complicated order. Would definitely come back just to shop with Hannah again.

  We had a tremendous experience at La-Z-Boy Mechanicsburg! We worked with Febin Aboo and she was fantastic! She approached us as we entered the store and let us know about all the specials going on. She made our couch-buying experience stress-free, pleasant and easy! We are excited for our custom couch. 10/10 recommend!
