    Saleswoman, Debbie was super helpful, but gave us space to scan the gallery and talk privately about the final price. She was fair and worked with the prices and our adjustments so that we ended up with the best possible purchase solution.

    Debbie and Sharon were both fantastic! They were very knowledgeable and just lovely people. Sharon came to our house with some fabric samples, measured the space, and created a 3D rendering of our living room. This really allowed us to see the space and figure out the most conducive layout. I can't wait for our couch, recliners and swivel chair to arrive.

    Order a chair they quoted the Saturday afternoon we purchased it called day of and told us sorry it would be 6 weeks until we would get it . Bottom line make the sale screw them they'll wait bad business.

    The initial sales experience was fine but apparently, after the sale is made, the customer ceases to become important. Only 1 of 2 pieces was delivered initially, thanks to the keen eyes of the delivery subcontractor who noticed the stitching coming apart at the seams in one spot. It seems as if Lazyboy doesn’t do their own quality control check before sending furniture out to the customer. We attempted to call to speak with our sales rep 3 times (in two weeks) before finally getting a return call. We were then told it should only take a few days for new parts to come in. When questioned why it took two weeks to order parts, the sales manager attributed the delay to having to go through a service department. I would attribute it to very poor communication and lack of focus on customer-service. We will not return to this store for future purchases.
