  Bought a lift recliner. Broke in 3 hours of delivery. Waited 3 weeks for replacement part. 14 months later same part broke again. Wanted chair replaced .would only replace identical chair for 600 dollars. Bad customer support

  The recliner meets my expectations for comfort and appearance. However, the steel structure appears to be loose and sloppily designed and/or constructed when moving to and in the reclining position. I don't know if this because it's a wall hugger, which I needed because it's located in a small room. I would expect better for a chair that listed at $2,000 and I bought on sale for $1,500. I have my parents 40+ year old recliners in my basement and they are still as solid as a rock. I would say your quality isn't what it used to be.

  A great experience! We ordered a oversize, comfy chair during the Labor Day sale, delivery was excellent. The chair is beautiful, and blends with our other furniture.

  The sales lady brought me to the type of chair I wanted but left so I had to ask questions to a sales man in the area. Anyway the delivery went well to my home and the fellows were great

  Please be aware when you buy “leather” from Lazy Boy that only the seat (where you sit) and the back are “real leather”. The rest of the sofa is fake leather. I spent a lot of money on a sofa/love seat/chair years ago. After my 5 year protection plan was over, the items started peeling/flaking off the fake leather (it looks horrible). My salesperson lied to me and told me it was leather, and I was silly enough to believe it. I wish I could attach pictures because it is totally shameful they do this to people who work hard for their money. And no they will not help me.
