  We love our new sectional and had an excellent experience with Carmen and Ali. We got the Tahoe sectional and ottoman in September 2025. It’s so comfortable and looks great in our basement. Ali and Carmen were really helpful and gave great advice regarding size and color. Delivery of the couch went well, although the delivery people didn’t make all the connections between the pieces of the sectional and we didn’t realize that until after they left. We called Customer Care and they sent someone out to finish the set up. Alexander was quick, very helpful, and super nice. There was also one small issue with the ottoman, but we declined delivery and they replaced it right away. These were just small things and don’t detract from the great service and the great product. I would buy from La-z-boy again and would recommend them!

  Ordered a new recliner. Experience was very easy, Aly, the salesperson was very helpful, informative. Just placed the order. So, this review pretty covers her and not much else in terms of product and delivery.

  Melisa was a joy to work with! She had great ideas about color and style of recliners to meet our needs. The communication leading up to delivery was great, and the recliners were delivered on time and without incident. We highly recommend them and Melisa as a designer 👍🏻
