  Walked into La-Z-Boy and was completely ignored. When I finally went up to the counter, the man there complained that nobody had helped me, then got up and walked away. I turned to another employee and asked if I was supposed to follow him, and he said, “Yeah I THINK SO.” So, I did. The guy told me to pick out a color and some pillows, then walked off again. I tried to get help from a lady nearby, but she said she was helping other clients and walked away too. After I picked everything out, I couldn’t find anyone to help finalize my purchase, so I ended up walking back to the counter where the first guy had walked away from me earlier, just to complete my order. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and frustrating. My wife and myself felt that us making a purchase was an inconvenience to the staffs day.

  An excellent product with friendly, professional and no pressure sales staff. The delivery was made with very good notification, on time and competent delivery personnel
