- LDLandon DixonOct 1, 20255.0We looked for furniture for the last few years. We were looking for a specific color to match our existing furniture. Lazy boy was the place for us. They had many fabric color and texture samples in the store and made the ordering process very easy. Our chairs arrived 8 weeks to the day from ordering and we could not be more happy. We went with Joshua recliners. Great experience.
- UUUSMC4evrJun 25, 20251.0Purchased two recliners a couple years ago. The foot platform doesn't stay up and needs repaired on one of them. Called the Longview store where we bought them. Was told it will cost $200 to pick up and $175 per hour to work on at their Tyler Tx location. We paid for extended warranty when we purchased the two recliners incase we did need to have them worked on. Longview Lazy-Boy says we are not in their system. So much for the extra money paid for extended warranty. We will never purchase another Lazy-Boy product. Enjoy that extra money you got from us for the fake extended warranty.
