If you buy here, there are no returns and you might be stuck with a $2600 useless chair and forced to deal with salespeople who are happy to over promise and oversell useless items while hiding behind horrible policies. You have lost a customer and hopefully will help others from getting ripped off. Purchased a Pinnacle Platinum lift chair to replace a Golden lift chair, for my father that is 6ft tall. We purchased this "larger" version based off the salespersons recommendations to match the couch that was also purchased from the same location. This chair is narrow and not "large" in anyway, but the real issue is when you use the lift function, it does not LIFT, it simply tilts forward and at full-up-position the seat is 5-6 inches lower than the Golden version that we are replacing and also is pitched forward at an unsafe angle that can cause you to slide out. We tried to give my dad some time to get used to it but it simply does not support him vertically enough for him to stand on his own.
