  Recently purchased new living room furniture from LazyBoy on Flamingo in Las Vegas. Enjoyed working with Sharkey and designer Mary. They understood our vision and worked with us to design a perfect space in our home.

  In 2004 my husband and I purchased one sectional, matching oversized chair with ottoman, sofa , two coordinated chairs, an end table, coffee table , lamp, accessories, and artwork from Lazy Boy. It is now 2025 and we now are going to replace our sectional and coffee table. The 2004 purchases are in remarkably great condition and we have enjoyed every item we have. Time and furniture tastes have changed but the quality of our Lazy Boy furniture has not. They an all high quality items and that’s one of the reasons we went back to the same store to update our family room furniture. Steve our salesperson and Mary the designer worked with my husband and me with great patience to put together a great new look for our family room. The service at Lazy Boy is exceptional. It was an awesome experience. No amount of thank you’s would be enough.

  We had a great shopping experience from start to finish! Our salesman, Steve, was friendly and knowledgeable. He greeted us cordially, explained that he was there to help, and listened actively while we explained what we were there to accomplish. With Steve’s help we found the right chair, learned how it all worked—including the chair, the warranty and how to take delivery—and were on our way as very satisfied new owners of a quality recliner. 5 stars!

  This is our 3rd Lay-Z-boy rocker-recliner, in the past 35 years. We made the mistake 3 years ago and bought a different brand/cheaper to save money. I am speaking from experience, you get what you pay for!! Don’t settle for cheaper models/brands, your back will thank you…..

  Disclaimer we are adults making adult decisions here. We got our last couch from a different retailer. It was bought brand new but after a couple of years it started to break down. With no warranty, no guarantee, no certainty that anything would last. We decided to find something more formidable for our family. We originally were going to go to a different retailer but thankfully they were closed on Sundays. Every step and interaction with the team at La-Z boy has been wonderful. They answered all of our questions and the ones they didn't know they took the time to find out, even down to what was in the punch. This being our second large furniture purchase, we wanted to make sure that we were buying into something that would last. They never rushed us. They never pushed us to make the decision. They knew we were there for a couch and they wanted to help every step of the way. Alyssa and Michelle were a dynamic team. They definitely work well together and helped us find what we needed. Now just waiting on this custom luxurious butt cushion that I'm going to enjoy for the next decade.
