    The staff was very helpful. I was buying a recliner for my husband who had a stroke. Told them what I was looking for and they pointed out different options. They even helped me bring my husband in with a wheelchair to check it out for himself. He said it was perfect for what he needed. Thank you for your kindness.

    Tatiana and Laurie were a huge help in assisting me with picking out furniture and fabric and an area rug. I always have a hard time choosing colors and textures and they both were a huge help. The store is nice and clean and a very nice atmosphere. I decided to use the design service and I’m so glad I did. I was able to see the fabrics in my home and it gave me a really good idea of what I liked. Other Furniture stores do not offer this service.

    Outstanding Customer Service! My recliner seat cushion has finally wore out, I am a big guy and am retired so I do use the recliner alot. I stopped in to the Langhorne store where I bought it and inquired what can I do to maybe save the recliner and they told me to call Customer Service and ask them about getting the seat cushion replaced. I called CS and Ashley set me up with a "Virtual visit" with a repair man the next day. The repairman " Will " and l connected over the internet And he looked at my chair with my phones camera and said it needs a new cushion , he then said he will order the new cushion and when l receive the cushion it will have the phone number to call for the repairman to setup a appointment for him to repair it.     Sometimes it's scary buying furniture. Walking into the store and seeing all the choices was a bit overwhelming but we were met immediately by a lovely lady who asked if she could help us. After determining what we were looking for, she pointed us in the right direction. Whew that eliminated half of the store where we would have wandered aimlessly. And then she stepped away leaving us to shop in peace. There was no rush. We tested sofas and chairs for comfort getting a feel for different styles. Then from across the floor I spotted a style that was different from anything else on the floor. It drew me in and cuddled me when I sat in it. It was leather which I had always avoided and black which was a bit jarring at first. I am moving from a three bedroom house to a one bedroom apartment. The stairs have defeated me. My daughter and I looked at each other. We started asking each other questions then looked around with more questions. The lovely lady moved in with the information we needed. Because I live alone and have difficulty moving around, getting out of a seat is equally important as comfort. This seat released me smoothly and I was much relieved. But I had always been leery of leather. So I went and sat in a cloth version of the same seat. I had difficulty trying to pull the handle for the footrest. Yes, I'm a little old lady with a walker. The leather version had a mechanized footrest. Then I tried getting up from the cloth seat. It pulled at my clothes when I tried to get out of it and the fog in my brain cleared. The leather was what I needed at this stage of my life. Our lovely lady Alicia stepped back in to suggest some of the options available and answer more questions. We were able to choose things that were available immediately and brought the cost down. And viola! They could deliver to the new apartment even though it was two hours away and in another state. A five year warranty was a cherry on the top. And some of my things would go with the new furniture easily making decorating a cinch. I handed over my card and holy cow! I have new furniture. My old sofa was 38 years old and would not fit into the new apartment so it was time for a new one. And La-Z-Boy and Alicia made it easy.
