  Our salesperson was so courteous and helpful. I was planning on ordering online and went to the store to check fabric samples. I’m so glad I ended up ordering from the store! I received excellent service and the benefit of advice that I wouldn’t have received if I had ordered online—especially in light of the cost of our purchase! I’m also pleased that I bought a high-quality, American made product, rather than a cheap Chinese knockoff. Well worth the investment and the time spent in the store. (:

  The two young men, Jeffrey and Diovanny on 9/10/25, did a wonderful job delivering, setting up and showing us how to operate our two new recliners. They made a great pair, very courteous and worked well together. Great guys!!!

  I lived in Lancaster and now live in NY but when it comes to purchasing furniture at LaZBoy and enjoy the professionalism and prompt assistance, from the Lancaster store; for all my furniture needs. Unfortunately the stores in NY can't match how nice and professional the sales people of Lancaster are. Kim, Thank you, you are great, love our new loveseat.
