We used La-Z-Boy designer, Monica, who listens, takes time and helped us with room layout, upholstery selection and ideas for future. We also worked with Sal who was patient and also customer focused. We had an excellent experience.

I was assured, guaranteed that this was the best price you get, Labor Day weekend Has the best prices year-round! Well, that started off, making me unhappy because that was a lie. Then the next thing was they sent their designer out to my house to measure, and she forgot about a piece of furniture that had to be on one wall that I already have and then when I corrected her on that, she then said I couldn’t go with the extra piece on the Sectional that I got. But lo and behold when it was delivered absolutely the extra piece would fit! So I called about this and discovered that the sale price is now better and I asked for an adjustment on the furniture that I just finished paying for and surprise they won’t do anything to help me! I ended up going ahead and ordering the other piece much to my dismay and I will hope that it’s the same dialogue and matches! But to say that I am very unhappy with customer service is putting it mildly. I still believe I should get a price adjustment!! And I will tell everybody and anybody that will ever listen to me when I tell them about La-Z-Boy!

The chair is just what I was looking for .It has good lumbar support, swivel and rocker. The fabric matches my decor. One of the delivery men answered all my questions. I love the chair. Thank you.
