  Welcoming, great displays, someone approached us after about a minute to take care of us. He chatted comfortably but didn't pressure us and answered all our questions.

  Dalia set me up for Sharla to come to my house and walk me through what would compliment my home with new furniture pieces. When I met them both at store a few days later, there was a map of my living room with the pieces in fabrics I was interested in and showed how it would fit. I was so pleased with both women, the way everything was handled, both professionally and friendliness, overwhelmed me. They are definately an asset for LaZboy. Thank you for caring...

  Karissa greeted us as we entered, and showed us the type of recliner we said were interested in. She clarified the various features, options, and promotional prices, as she showed us around the section, showed us fabric/color samples when we had settled on the item we wanted, and explained the extra fees for the warranty and delivery. She gave us copies of all the paperwork and verified our delivery date. She escorted us to the door and urged us to contact her if we had any questions or issues. We felt very good about our purchase and about the visit in general. As a side note, when Karissa had some computer issues as she finalized our order, her colleague/supervisor? was very patient and helpful, guiding her through the complicated steps and teaching rather than criticizing or embarrassing Karissa. All in all, a really positive shopping experience for us. We were repeat customers— and will patronize this store again when the need arises. Thank you.
