  Terrible customer service. When our salesperson (Dwight) and their designer felt Like we were not going to buy from them (which we ultimately did) they seemed very put off and annoyed. They seemed to want us to make a decision on the spot. And our console came damage and because the store was going through some “transition” it took forever for them to even reach out to schedule a repair call, and even then it was going to be two more weeks. The last straw was the fact that our recliner has taken forever to be delivered, again because of the “transition “. I’m still waiting on it and apparently the store closed for three solid days and nobody can help me. Their products are definitely good quality, but the customer service has been horrific. Very disappointed in our experience.

  The salesman was informative and competent. The price I paid, which was marked on the chair (I found out after the purchase) was $50 higher than was listed on your website.

  I had a wonderful experience with our sales person. Doug is my first time in a lazy boy store and Doug was super patient, funny and helpful. Had a wonderful wonderful experience.
