  I went to the store to try out a specific recliner I saw online. The sales associate showed me several similar styles also and I settled on a different style that fit me much better. She was so helpful with fabrics, etc. I purchased a beautiful, powered recliner from her and I'm completely satisfied with my whole experience.

  Great experience for my wife and I. Tracy our sales associate handed us off to Lauren in the design department and she was awesome! Lauren never pressured us to buy. She helped us find what we liked and wanted. We are past Layzy-boy customers and we are happy customers once again thanks to Lauren.

  We are so happy with our new furniture and our overall experience with Lazy boy. Our personal interior design consult with Loren Sorbey helped us see the best design to fit our room. She walked us through the whole process from picking the best furniture to meet our comfort and design needs as well as helping us choose the best fabrics and color palate. We are so happy with the end result and the team that helped us throughout the journey.

  I have a back problem and a lot of trouble finding a recliner that is comfortable. I ended up going back to lazyboy in Kildeer 4 times and finally found one that I tried 4 times. The 2 sales ladies I worked with were very patient and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I would highly recommend this store for a nonpushy and knowledgeable service.

  We were looking to purchase a dining room set. LazBoy Customer Service is outstanding!!! Loren Sobey, designer, is excellent! We were so impressed that Loren came to our house and worked with us to customize a dining room set. We also loved their designer website that you can see how the furniture will look in our house. This far exceeded any furniture store that we have ever worked with. Loren even indicated that when our furniture arrives that she will come back to our house to ensure it meets our expectations! Loren even sent us a thank you note and gift for our business. We would highly recommend Lazboy to anyone who is buying furniture!!!
