- GPgary pooleOct 19, 20251.0I've been bying Lazyboy furniture for 50+ years. Maybe no more! Spent $5000 on an Ava all electric loveseat. When it arrived we noticed the furniture was not the same as the floor model at the store. The padding was much less making it painful to sit in for both myself and my wife. We stopped by the store and called trying to get the Manager Laura Nave at the Kennesaw Georgia store to contact us and resolve the matter. So far no response. Based on our experience...SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE
