    I worked with Brian at the Lazyboy in Issaquah WA. He was incredibly helpful and patient answering my questions and providing information about the different reclining furniture styles and options. He allowed me plenty of space and time to try different sofas, loveseats and recliners multiple times. He also encouraged me to take my time deciding what I would purchase as I pondered what would work best in my unique space and recommended I wait a few days before making my purchase to take advantage of an upcoming sale. I never experienced any high pressure sales although he encouraged purchasing an extended warranty. My two sisters have also purchased living room furniture from this Lazboy store. Although I have yet to have my furniture delivered, I highly recommend this store.

    Save your money and buy a different chair, if looking for a nursery chair. Abysmal return policy, poor customer service, and poor product. We have had a less than ideal experience with La-Z boy. We ordered a recliner for our nursery as I wanted to sit on a chair before ordering one. We tried this and it took around 10 weeks to be custom made and delivered and they were upfront about the timing and stuck to their commitment. That being said, I do think the staff could have better guided us as the chair was set higher than we had seen in the store as we added in a swivel. This was not mentioned at any point in our purchasing journey. We raised our comfort concerns and were sent a service staff 6 weeks later (yes, we waited 10 weeks and another 6 weeks for service…). The contracted servicd company was rude, and left me with no answers and a “I need to go to my next appointment”. Separately, the fabric despite being performance fabric is NOT performance. I have diligently wiped down any spills but they do not come off fully even with Folex and steam cleaning. The worst part is the pilling which started in 3 weeks and I have had to shave off. We also wrote in, never got a follow up, and just got a “template” response with blanks that the manager never filled in.

    Fabulous experience. Brian at the Issaquah, Washington store was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable, very professional and very friendly. All in all, a first class experience.

    For the most part good people, there is some bad eggs but, for the most part it's a good store. The best people to help you is the lady named Skye, and the guy named Bruno. 10/10 good experience with them.
