The only problem I had with my experience was that I was going to pick up the recliners and was told that there was a charge for them to be delivered to the store, but if I had them delivered to my home, they would ship the ones on display. I’ve never had that experience before.

The guys were very efficient getting the chair into our home, set up, and explaining details. We are happy with the chair and we know, as always, Lazyboy is where we need to shop for furniture !!
