  The young lady that helped us could not have been any better. It was a great experience. The chairs are so good we can’t watch tv in them. We fall asleep.

  The customer service I received while in the Lazy Boy store was phenomenal. The salesperson named Josh at the Keystone store in Indianapolis was exceptional. He explained in detail the furniture to help me select a great, comfortable, affordable recliner. He educated me well on so many recliners and the inner workings of Lazy Boy from beginning to end! Can’t wait to get my recliner!

  I happened upon a sale day and took advantage! After sitting in multiple recliners-they have bunches: I found the perfect recliner that fit me (I’m rather short). Next was picking out the fabric. I was blown away by all the choices! Hard to narrow down but I managed. Order was complete. Next was waiting for my chair to be ready and delivered. It arrived a month prior to my expectation! Now when I’ve had a long day, it’s easy to put my feet up.

  Our salesperson was a very nice lady. The best compliment I could give her was the fact that we are husband & wife Realtors (salesmen) so we definitely know how to shut down a pushy salesman. She was very informative but waited for us to make decisions and gave good information without overwhelming us in any way whatsoever. Therefore she got our business. Looking forward to having the products delivered to our house.
