- RGRodolfo F Gil4 days ago3.0Sales personnel were great but the delivery was not what I was expecting, they missed their 3 hour delivery window by over an hour, never contacted me to let me know they were going to be late and the delivery personnel were very unprofessional. Several pieces of furniture were damaged when we received them. In the process of getting the damaged pieces repaired or replaced.

Kristina , my sales associate was awesome explained everything to me about warranty and how to contact them for any further repairs. I would recommend you ask for Kristina !
- TRTeresa ROct 20, 20255.0I needed a new recliner because I was preparing for a knee replacement, and I was planning on sleeping in a recliner. Just to say, I hate sleeping in recliners. But to my great relief, I have been able to sleep in this chair. It goes back far enough that I’m almost flat, there are no gaps between the seat and the foot rest, and it is very padded. I have my new knee propped up on pillows, put a pillow at each side, and I am nestled in this chair. My sleep is not perfect, but for now it is good enough. Two full weeks so far and I feel rested. I am so glad I purchased it.

They aren’t very soft to sit on, extremely hard to tilt back, the footrest is too short and there was marring on the back wooden legs. We would have had to rent another trailer to return them, so we just cut our loses and kept them.
