This store is where Cavenders used to be, so it's kinda small for a furniture store. Staff introduced themselves and told me to look around and get back to them if I needed anything. Didn't take long to look around, sat on a couple sofas and prices were a little high for what they had to offer vs what I was willing to spend and so I left.
Wasn't a bad experience or anything, just didn't have what I was looking for.

We purchased a LazBoy reclining love seat in November 2024. The love seat is great! However, stitching began to come unraveled after about 4 months. We purchased the extended warranty and called the store who sent a repair person to our home. We are just informed (05/08/2025) that it could not be repaired in our home and that we would be without our loveseat for about 2 weeks. We decided to request that our extended warranty be refunded, but they said since a repair person came to our home, we had in effect used the warranty. We not only spoke to employees at the store, but also called customer service. BE FOREWARNED!

We've never had a worse experience. To start with on the promised delivery date they discovered one of the couches didn't meet quality. They had a week to discover this, but waited until the delivery day to check. Then we couldn't get a straight answer from then on when we would get the couch we'd already paid for. Finally got a confirmed date and then the delivery guys couldn't find the house even though everyone else who has ever delivered has been able to.
Forward a few months and the recliner already had to be repaired. It was a DIY job, but seriously the thing can't stay together a few months? Now we have a motorized parts on the sofa that no longer works, only a few months from purchase, and they want $85 to come out and fix their crappy furniture. Why would you buy from a place that does so little to stand behind their product? I believe Lazy Boy means their too lazy to care about customer service.
