  This store is always very laid-back and your sure to be greeted by a friendly associate, but they will also allow you space to browse if you like without any pressure that you get in some other furniture stores. They are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to find what you are looking for, If you have something particular in mind. I have bought a lot of furniture in my life and I have to say that La-Z-Boy stands up better to the test of time and teenage boys. All my La-Z-Boy products are still kicking.

  Eddy (Sales person) was excellent, very kind and patient. However, I purchased a left recliner for my mother, and the return policy only allows for a three-day return window, even before receiving the item. I find this to be an unfair practice. Upon receiving the chair, we discovered that it was too large for her and did not fit her properly. We contacted the company on the third day of having the chair and were informed that a 30% restocking fee would be applied. Given that these chairs typically cost thousands of dollars, we found this fee excessive. We had previously considered purchasing the living room couch for $10,000, but after considering the fees and inconvenience associated with my mother’s chair, we have decided to refrain from making any further purchases from this company. The experience has left us disillusioned and convinced that it is not worth the effort.

  This was my third purchase of a Lazy Boy chair. The chairs are easy to use. Moving is also easy they can easily taken apart to move from one room to another room.

  John came to our house to help us select an area rug that would be blend and accent what furniture we already had without having it look out of place. So grateful for his time and effort to help us select such a basic, but important accent to the whole room. Thank you, John. :)

  Eddy was very kind and helped us with what we needed, but other employees at the store while we were purchasing our couch were rude and disrespectful to not only us, but openly rude to their coworker Eddy as well. Also when we came to pick up the couch from the store an employee was smoking a cigarette right next to our brand new $3000 couch. Would recommended going to the other location off of Flamingo as this location doesn’t seem to value or respect customers.
