  My 86 year old mom and I were greeted happily by our consultant, Lisa P. Lisa was very patient and kind, found us the chair we wanted in-stock, and spent time teaching my mom how to operate the electrical mechanism. She also was a good listener and did not push us to purchase a more expensive model. She is a credit to her profession riddled with pushy salespeople. ❤️

  I I knew what type of La-Z-Boy chair I wanted, and I sat in several chairs. After I selected the chair I wanted, the salesman gave me all of the options, the available colors, a protection plan I could purchase for the chair. when I decided to purchase the chair he gave me a timeframe to have it delivered to my house. It was a very good experience and I’m glad I bought the chair.

  So glad I stopped in at the Lazy Boy store in Lansing. Terry was very knowledgeable was able to find me something that could be delivered within 3days while meeting my needs. I am a 100% disabled vet and have serious back issues. I often need to sleep in a recliner. The store had so many recliners to choose from with multiple fits depending on your size and body type. I really was comfortable in many chairs and it was hard to decide. I love my new chair and couch!
