  First time buyer at La-Z-Boy had the pleasure of meeting Anna Chavez and hopefully it won't be our last she was a little bundle of fire and very patient she got us all the answers that we needed. We felt comfortable with the price and love the product. Can't wait to get our new couch currently it's six weeks out being made!

  We normally visit Lazy-Boy during their sales program. Always wanted a Lazy Boy leather recliner , but never had the proper space. We stopped by their Scottsdale store and met Debra Randazzo and Lori ( interior decorator). Both were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all. We decided on two Roxie Swivel Gliding Chairs, round coffee table, entertainment console, and area rug. Debra and Lori came out to our house, measured, surveyed, and discussed specific set up of furniture to its maximum potential. Well appreciated. See picture enclosed. We have been delighted with the communication before, during and after regarding various questions asked. Plenty of onsite parking. Huge show room and personal attention spent with the customer inside. Highly recommend this particular location.
