- AAAmandaAug 14, 20251.0Disappointed. Over $3,000 was spent to purchase a lift chair for my elderly, disabled father. He was unable to come to the store to try out the furniture. We were misled, and under the impression there was a 72-hour period to make returns. The standard sitting position of the chair is a challenge for him to use because of his height and mobility (unable to sit all the way back in the chair based on the chair height). The chair was delivered Saturday afternoon, and on Monday a call was made to inquire about the return. We were informed there is no return policy that includes a 72-hour trial period. If we are to return the chair, we would be charged a 30% fee- over $1,000 to use a chair that is unable to meet standard comfortable expectations for less than 3 days. If you are shopping for yourself, you might be okay to use the company. If you are attempting to provide care for disabled, elderly, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company!
