  Our salesperson was extremely helpful and patient! She left us when we needed time to think about things, but kept her eye on us as she waited on others and always returned to us when she could tell we had more questions. She was very upbeat and always had a suggestion if she could see we were stuck on a decision.

  Our experience at La-Z-Boy in Dartmouth was very relaxing. Albert Morcous educated us on materials, fit and size. Albert took his time explaining many things on choosing the correct furniture for us. Very pleased with Albert and La-Z-Boy. Thank you Steve E.

  I had a wonderful shopping experience at the Faunce Corner Rd La-Z-boy Home Furnishing store. I went in for one chair and to my delight I came out with two gorgeous chairs. I couldn't be happier. My salesperson Justin was very helpful and easy to work with. Kudos!

  We went to La-Z-Boy to look around for a new living room set, after being approached by the guy on the floor, later found out it was the manager. We told him we were just looking. He became very pushy and just followed us around and kept inserting himself into myself and my husband‘s conversation. It was very overwhelming. We later came to the decision that we wanted to hear more about how they send out the designer to your home to see If the set that you picked is a good fit for your home. In that meeting, the manager was very passive aggressive basically telling us if we send someone to your home, you basically have to buy from us, Which was kind of crazy. When the designer came to my home, it was a wonderful experience. Tyler was absolutely fabulous. He brought everything I could possibly want for fabrics and even some carpet choices because I wasn’t totally sold on the carpet idea. He was very thorough and made sure to ask lots of questions unfortunately, the manager Did not take a full intake of all our information at the store which left our designer without some knowledge he needed. We met with Tyler again at the store and he went above and beyond yet again to walk us through every possible scenario and answer every single question. If it wasn’t for him, I honestly can say I am not sure I would’ve continued with my purchase at La-Z-Boy. He is the reason for the four stars.
