  Gary was very helpful, listened to our needs, and made great suggestions. Their in house design group is a nice option to make sure the pieces and fabrics fit. Our past La-Z-Boy purchases have held up quite nicely over the years. This location has a good furniture selection and is worth a visit.

  We purchased 2 chairs from this La-Z-Boy location last month and were very pleased with our ruin the store. When our chairs were delivered, they were broken (bad headrest and a seat that was not completed at the factory). Our warranty is covering the replacement but we have to wait 4 to 6 weeks! We have attempted to contact the service manager 5 times and not had one call back. We are being completely ignored by this store and that is not the best after sale care. Needless to say we are on the verge of contacting an attorney. Update: Received call from general manager (not service manager) and she is going to look into what's going on. Was promised a call by Friday. Will update then on resolution.

  I was eating very poor fried chicken from Kentucky fried chicken on the corner of Brent and Bayou. And I looked up and saw the La-Z-Boy sign just in the near distance and I thought oh no you don’t need to be buying this stuff right now. Just wait a little bit cause you know there was this trip you wanted to take. However, after a couple of U-turns, I did decide to go into the store and these very nice people that work there miss Peyton and Mr. Mike were able to help me to the extent that I felt wonderful about making a purchase of a sofa and one of the nice recliners. I had no hesitation or buyers remorse from my very effective and fun experience with Peyton and Mike. They came to my house that very afternoon to measure everything and then Peyton proceeded to put everything on the computer so I felt like I was sitting there so now I await my purchase!
