  I had a basic idea of what I wanted when I walked into the store but wanted to experience the feel of sitting in the recliners I’d selected before committing. Lily waited on me and provided a high level of care showing me to the styles I’d selected and providing information about fabric care and availability. I ordered two chairs on the spot. Thank you Lily!

  Purchasing experience with Katherine was excellent. Prices are a good bit higher since we purchased similar furniture just a couple years ago but it’s nice to get free shipping with the holiday sale. .

  Wonderful 1st time LazBoy experience! Sales consultant, Louise Costa, was beyond helpful! She listen to our needs (I am disabled, function with a walker) and gave me a "tutorial" on how to easily get in and out of the chairs and make them work for me. She then left us in peace to go around looking and trying out all the possibilities, checking in periodically to answer questions. Can't wait for my new chair to be delivered! Louise Costa was an absolute pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back! And btw... the bathroom was impeccable! You can always tell how well a store is run by that small detail! 😊

  Your business association with Synchrony stinks. Also, I didn't realize that if I shopped at a La-Z-Boy, the pricing would be way more than going to a store that sells your furniture. So, I will never step in your store.

  LA Z BOY Myrtle Beach Sc let me walk around by myself without the fast used car sales approach. Not seeing what I really wanted similar to what I had for decades, Lilly, part of the sales staff there, could see I needed a little direction. The direction of chair design over many decades did not impress me, until I found one out of the entire store that fit me perfectly. Lilly said you can pick the color leather you would like and we can custom build it. I said work up a quote and gave her space and she sure knew her way around their software used and put together a very professional quote and print for me and I said, “where do I sign” Lilly, is friendly, professional and I look forward to her call when my new chair is ready. FIVE STARS AS THEY SAY NOWADAYS. Thank you, Lilly
