  Our consultant Chris did a great job of making sure the furniture we picked out was a custom fit for the layout in our home. He provided us with many different selection choices and we are thrilled with the furniture we chose.

  I would give this store a ZERO if I could. Ordered early May and waited 2 months. When I called for an update, I was told my furniture wouldn't be ready until the end of September, another 3 months. This was due to the fact that the fabric we chose was unavailable. They knew this 3 days after we ordered, but never called to tell us. We went to the store to select a different fabric, which we were told was in stock, but no urgency was added to our order. We were told we would receive an additional refund. I went into the store, and they put a credit back on my card, then recharged me with the same amount. Another 2 months later, we finally received the furniture, but the refund still hadn't been received. After making numerous calls to the store manager, Kim, and another month passed, we finally received the additional refund. La-Z-Boy has some inferior business models and are NOT in a rush for anything. The furniture is lovely.

  We came in and met the Associate, told him what we were looking for and he showed us and demoed the items. We completed our order snd he gave us pricing and delivery details. He was very knowledgeable and personable. An excellent experience altogether.
