  Bradley was our salesperson. He was friendly and helpful answering my questions. I was kept informed throughout the wait process for them to custom my chair. Delivery guys were on time, quick and helpful with moving other furniture to make room for my new purchase.

  We were very impressed with our salesman, Tom. He was very low-key, never tried to pressure us or make a sale. He just gave us information and options. We must have tried almost every chair, chair-and-a-half and loveseat recliner in the place. They have a wide selection and so many great options to choose from. After a couple of hours, we found the perfect loveseat and were able to get a fabulous discount because of the sale. We hadn't actually been planning to buy on the first trip there, but we are so happy we found exactly what we wanted. Everyone there was very nice, helpful and not pushy at all, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend the new La-Z-Boy store.
