My sales associate was Nadine, and her knowledge and professionalism was extraordinary. She greeted me after allowing me to enter the store. One of the worst experiences for me is not being able to enter a furniture store with out being attacked by sales professionals. Nadine gave me a couple of minutes to look around and than she greeted me very warmly. I explained to her what I was looking for and she expertly directed me to the exact image I pictured in my mind. Nadine worked with me on the price using my military discount to help me get exactly what I wanted at a price I could live with. I'm looking forward to receiving my chair on 10/15/25. There were other sales associates in the store and they were also very professional and pleasant to be around.
