  Awful. Called about a chair, sat in a different one and said sold. Sales manager did accommodate me by letting me drive three hours to pick it up...the wrong chair, the one I called about but never even looked at. AND its broke. He didn't want or offer to do anything regarding the problem except to say he accommodated me! I fixed the broken handle with a pair of vice grips and told the lousy sales manager to stick it. Never deal with Harrisburg Lazy Boy.

  Really great selection of recliners and couches. The people in the store were extremely helpful and patient and went out of their way to make sure that I was happy and satisfied.

  We had a very good experience looking for a new recliners and a couch. The couch we bought is very nice. It is very comfortable and looks great. The reason we gave them two stars is the recliners. They will not last we have a feeling. They recline hard and when you put them down they make such a noise. Sounds like there are going to break. We went with lazy boy thinking they were a better recliner. But we should have gone someplace else.
