  Charles at the Gurnee La-Z-Boy was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and had an eye for style. Although I had done my research before, Charles was able to pull it all together for me. I purchased a queen size sleeper sofa, Charles helped in selecting the right color, the right texture, and the right mattress. La-Z-Boy is known for their quality in construction and I left the store with the perfect sofa, and ordered in time to arrive by the holidays. I made the right choice going there.

  Great collaboration with Manager, Charles and designer, Gina made our shopping experience so easy. Love Lazy boy furniture and the Gurnee store was a great experience.

  I just bought a beautiful fully remote rocker recliner during La z boys up to 50% off sale. Gina was the sales person who assisted me. She was so helpful, knowlegable and friendly. This is my 4th piece of furniture I've purchased from la z boy and I will continue to buy from them. Gina helped me with my design questions and had my purchase and delivery date set up in minutes. Great customer service!

  We had a fantastic experience at Lazyboy in Gurnee, IL! Recently I walked in looking for a pretty specific piece of furniture; I was greeted & assisted by Angel within moments. Angel was enthusiastic & knowledgeable; able to show me exactly what I was interested in while offering welcome suggestions along the way. Within a relatively short time I was able to make my selection & set a time for my husband to come into the store to try out this selection. We have always been happy with our Lazyboy selections in the past, but we were actually looking for a different grade of pillow for our purchase; Angel understood what we were interested in & made a great suggestion which I know we will be happy with :) As with most people, our time is limited & I have to say Angel made our purchase very easy & he valued our time - we are very excited about our purchase & we would highly recommend Angel; very knowledgeable, efficient & personable.
