- ACArlene Cody2 days ago5.0My shopping experience at the LazyBoy store in Green Bay was the best when purchasing furniture. And I’ve purchased lots of furniture in my lifetime. Our salesperson Nathan is what made that experience so enjoyable. I never felt pressured, hurried or like I was taking up their time. I traveled two hours so I was going to make sure I took my time. I was also most impressed with the lay out of their store. It was so inviting. I’ll be back because there was so much more I ‘m interested in.

Yet they printed off half dozen papers for us to sign. If hadn't wanted the rug, would have left. What happened to good customer service?
