We appreciated the input we received in-home prior to ordering, and Bill was very knowledgeable about the various pieces we were looking at. We also appreciated the high-quality of furniture available. We will come back!

The sales person was very nice but somehow had ordered the wrong color for our chairs which we didn't know about until delivery which was also not communicated properly and we had to rearrange times and dates to get furniture. Then having to wait extra long to get furniture reordered with the correct color we still don't have our chairs after 3 months of waiting. We paid alot of money for 2 chairs and have nothing to show for it!

Delivery was outstanding, sending us text messages the day of delivery and arrived as scheduled. The delivery team was courteous and explained all the functions the chair offers. They removed all the packing materials too. We are very pleased with all aspects of our experience with LA-Z-Boy and have told many of our friends too!

I was given ample time and space with no pressure while I explored the store, yet there was always someone available for consult within easy speaking distance. Once I made my selection, the sales process was quick and effortless. We acheduled delivery before I left. This is why I went to La-Z-Boy!
