  We have always heard good things about the quality of La-Z-Boy products and when we were in the market for a new recliner as a result of our old one wearing out we decided to check them out. Our expectation was that the prices would be much higher than we wanted to pay, but it turned out that there was a sale on which significantly lowered those prices. Long story short, after checking out a wide variety of options, we ended up buying two very different recliners both of which fit our space well from both design and footprint standpoints. And ultimately we got them for reasonable prices. We were very pleased with the results of our visit to La-Z-Boy.

  The store was very nice and Casey was super helpful! I picked out a loveseat online and wanted to try before buying and he assisted in picking out a fabric that not only felt good, but was pet safe to avoid my cats claws getting stuck in the weaved loops!

  The store is so over packed it is impossible to get an idea of what anything would look like in an uncluttered area. Way too overcrowded! PS - if we need help, we will let you know. Commissions do not give you the right to follow us around and continue to question us - we’re just looking…

  Our sales person was great and we love our sofas BUT when it delivered in April I did not notice the leather was cut with a box cutter. It was hidden unless it was in the reclined position and only if someone was sitting next to me on the inside. We noticed it this week and even though we purchased the warranty they will not cover it, even though I only want it patched or something to make sure it doesn't tear. So when you receive it look at every inch of it.
