The reason for 4 stars is that the recliner’s remote control isn’t working properly. The delivery person couldn’t make it work and told my husband he would note this on the delivery paperwork. He did not. I called our salesperson and she said I’d have to call customer service. They’re supposed to bring out a new chair next week.
