Katrina went above and beyond to help me choose the living room set that fit my space, my decor, my style, and my budget. She was professional, thorough, and personal in her approach. I don't have the "knack" for visualizing the right design, and she literally did it for me, even preparing on-screen visuals before we made the final decision. There were so many details, but with her expertise, it came together beautifully, and I/we are so thankful and pleased. We love our new comfortable, beautiful furniture. Update; Well 30 days, I sent pictures and summary of my issue to Lazy Boy Email on August 5 wirh ZERO responce!! Run from Them!!! We purchased our 3rd La z boy living room set due to our great experience and great quality of the first two. Not so with our 3rd custom leather order plus bought extended warranty. The original price was approximately $30,000 which we brought during their 40 to 50% off sale. Within less than a year the 3rd set started changing color. The 2nd leather set we had for 14 years was full leather front and back never dicolored we just wanted extra recliner and electric due my husband being a 100% disabled veteran. I wasn't worried due to they are a great company and will stand behind their product, I was wrong!!! The material like most post covid things are substandard, only part leather where your body touchs, so please protect yourself from companys that don't stand behind their products!!!

My dad has been wanting a recliner, no bells or whistles. Just a regular wall recliner.

I might as well pile on to all of the negative reviews. We purchased a rug and was told by the sales person it was 8ft by 10ft. The receipt I have says right on it the product is 8 x 10. We received the product today and it is 11' 3" x 7' 8". The product does not fit in the space provided. Even though we called immediately after receipt (since the truck was already gone), the store manager says rugs don't come in exact sizes and this is to be expected. I asked to speak to the district manager but he said his boss does not speak to people. Really? They will not take it back so his position is that I'm stuck with an expensive rug and they apparently could care less.
