  Our experience at La-Z-Boy in Fairfax was very positive overall. The salesman was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly — he really took the time to help us choose the right couch for our family’s needs. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because after being quoted a price and told we’d receive a 15% discount to close the deal, the salesman removed the protection plan to make up for that discount. While the couch and service were great, that part felt a bit misleading.

  Enjoyed the purchase process which happened just yesterday. I’d done quite a bit of research on line so had an idea of what I wanted. Ruby met me at the door and she walked me through the store. She knew the inventory and asked great questions and helped guide me to great choices that actually saved me a lot of dollars from what I’d originally thought I was going to buy. She was a great representative of La-Z-Boy. Looking forward to the sofa and recliner when they are delivered in 6-8 weeks.

  La z Boy Fairfax had a number of choices for the lift chairs & we bought it and had it delivered within three days. My wife had broken her ankle and the chair was a must. Thank You La Z Boy.

  Service in the store was good. Not too pushy. Knowledgeable about products. It was nice everything is customizable. Asked sales associate for contact information for a company to haul away furniture, was told I would get it when the invoice was sent to me, didn’t get it. Asked for it again when I sent the signed invoice back, still never got it. They are super responsive when they want your business, but no follow through on customer service when you need assistance with other things. Had to find my own haul away business which was disappointing.

  I walked into the Fairfax store and was greeted by Michael. He gave me space to look around and when I was ready, he supplied great information to make my decision easy. He showed me a diagram of my room furnished with my choices and helped me select fabrics and styles. Looking forward to a new space for the holidays. Great experience!
