  Terrible experience, They sold us couch and loveseat designed for people taller than five feet eight inches tall, but we are shorter than that, therefor the seating is extremely uncomfortable. The salesperson should have known that the furniture design dimensions and made us aware of that issue. Will never buy LaZBoy in the future. We have to dispose of furniture and buy more comfortable seating.

  I went to the other furniture stores local to the area. I never realize La-Z-Boy had more than just recliner chairs. They have beautiful furniture sets, and home decor. The store is really clean and laid out nicely and the sales rep was very friendly impatient even with my small children, acting like maniacs in the store. She helped assist me with some custom colors and we wrapped up all the paperwork pretty quickly and I was able to get a good sale that was running that weekend.

  Our sales associate was warm and friendly, not pushy and very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a delight to do business with her.

  It was time to upgrade my old La-Z-Boy. All went very well. Anthony explained the differences in the models and gave me some suggestions. Of course, it's always best to try it out and there were plenty to try. Anthony treated me with respect and was very pleasant and professional. It was a good experience overall. Looking forward to my new chair arriving in a few days! I highly recommend Anthony and all those who helped out in the Exton store.

  Chris was great to work with, he helped me pick a fabric for my new Sofa & Loveseat, he was very patient and explained all of my options. Can’t wait until my new furniture arrives, hoping to have it in time for the holidays!
