  Wonderful help from customer service to find new small recliners. We needed firmer seats and the tempurpedic cushion was recommended. They are perfect

  I had a wonderful experience at the La-Z-Boy. The sales woman was very helpful, gave all the details of the different chairs and very patient when I changed my mind.

  This is the second customer order we’ve made in the past two years. Both times we found the salesperson to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I met Kristen B a few days ago on my own. Y husband and I had been talking about getting a twin sleeper chair for his music room to give us the ability to have a guest sleep in there if needed. Kristen showed me exactly what I was looking for and the various options to choose from. She answered all my questions thoroughly. I took my husband back the next day and we ended up ordering a custom chair with the fabric of our choice. There is a trade-in sale going on so we got about $700 off by trading in an old wooden rocking chair. The chair will be made in Tennessee so I like that it’s made in the U.S. A. The sleeper chair is a bit pricey but we find that La-Z-Boy furniture lasts longer than cheaper brands so it pays off in the long run.

  Reporting poor customer service in resolving issue. My son spilled a drink in our recliner couch and water was introduced into one of the electrical components which later smoked and sparked. The store would not waive even the $195 service fee to get someone to investigate what took place. Electrical components should be insulated from daily living. Highly recommend not using this store and if you have a product already with an electrical component to ensure you do not ever spill anything as all internal mechanisms are not protected.

  Never buying from lazy boy again. Told delivery guy it looked wrong, he said probably cause weight was on it. I told lazy boy but delivery guy never told them about what I said. Now they won't trade recliner chair. I get to pay for recliner that still looks wrong, and no weight on it since it was delivered, so go buy somewhere else other than Lazyboy
