You would think they would have a better warranty but they don't mmmm must not be that confident in the workmanship, wonder why. I did buy a rocker swivel chair and for some reason it's going to take 10 weeks for them to make it it's amazing to me that it takes that long.

The sales lady was friendly but didn’t know how to use their computer system and the other lady wouldn’t help.Paul finally stepped in and helped finish our transaction. We had purchased recliners previously and bought the protection package but when we tried to use it they denied the claim. Customer service over the last 2 purchases have been horrible. Won’t go there again. The products are good-the service isn’t.

After sending them back we decided to go to the LaZboy store. We was immediately welcomed by Holly, we told her what we were looking for and she showed us a few options. We finally decided on a chair and she made the whole buying experience wonderful. We are so excited to get my new chair.

The customized material was done perfectly when I had concerns the material would not be laid in the direction I wanted. The chair is high quality, beautiful & very comfortable. I know we will have this chair for a long, long time and would never hesitate to go back and work with this company, or the location in SLC.
