  Our experience with La-Z-Boy Furniture was outstanding from start to finish! Our salesman David was knowledgeable, personable and had great communication skills! The delivery men, Hector and Francisco were equally expert at their jobs! And we love everything about the recliner we bought!

  I had a great experience at La-Z-Boy. Kal was a very good sales guy - helped to find what we were looking for and did not force us into getting something we didn’t want. They were very easy to work with. Delivery was very smooth and very friendly staff assembled the sofa and recliners. We are very happy with the service and quality.

  Extremely disappointed. We asked multiple times if the item was in stock. We were told yes many times. We went to pay and then told We have a $100 delivery charge. We said we want to pick it up. Then we were told they don't allow pick up and we can't have it delivered. Delivery is not for 5 days.

  We’ve been La-Z-Boy fans for years after purchasing our first recliner in 1998 - which is still a favorite reading chair. Our latest experience with Mike at the Downer’s Grove store on Butterfield Road was awesome from start to finish. He gave us options that were specific to what we came in looking for and made is super easy to get our order placed. The follow-up after placing our order and prior to delivery was greatly appreciated and the delivery team was very professional - making sure everything was setup, working and tested before leaving. It’s been about a month now and we are loving the new fully electric recliner.
