  I went at first alone. After speaking to the sales lady (Pat I believe was her name) she said I need to bring my brother in so he can be fitted for a chair. She didn’t try to sell me something on the spot. She was an honest caring soul. I feel that is rare these days especially in sales! I brought my brother back to her this weekend. After trying several chairs, picking colors and being served drinks and catered to like Kings and Queesn we made our choice and my brother will now be a new proud owner of the most comfortable chair in the universe! lol It is expensive but it will be well worth it. We got the extra protection plan since it is electric. My brother sees a chiropractor weekly for sever issues and he really a chair that didn’t cause excruciating pain. We found success and we are happy! I previously bought my chair in 2018 and it’s going strong! Best investment I ever made.

  I had a great experience at La-Z-Boy in Cuyahoga Falls. Jeff was very helpful in selecting the right furniture for our needs. We also utilized the design services with great results. We have had the new items for a few weeks and couldn't be more pleased

  I will never buy a piece of furniture that is not La-Z-Boy again. We purchased 2 recliners many years ago that still look land feel as comfortable as the day we got them. I went back and bought another recliner that is helpful for my husband to use after his surgery. I highly recommend them. You won't be sorry!

  Excellent service!!! I had been to 6 other furniture stores looking for a sectional. On a whim I decided to swing by La-Z-Boy Cuyahoga Falls. I went in on a Friday night 7 mins before closing and was given all the time and info and shown multiple options to meet my needs. Patricia listened to what I was looking for and gave me multiple options, even took the time past closing to draw up quotes. She also informed me of promotions that were happening and when I need to buy to get the best deal. After weeks of looking I left that night without a doubt in my mind that I would be back to buy my sectional there. Amazing experience. Thank you for taking the time to listen and give me all the details and pricing without shoving it down my throat or pressuring me to buy immediately!

  As soon as I entered the store on Howe Avenue, I had a welcome feeling. Everything was laid out so beautiful. My sales person.(Patricia) was so completely helpful. I am a tiny woman under 5 feet tall and she knew exactly what I would need. She explained everything about the operation and showed me various different styles of recliners. It was so easy for me to make a decision. I brought a picture of the sofa I wanted to match in color Is she pointed out several things that made it easy to select. I am very satisfied with my decision and her help and looking forward to delivery of my new La-Z-Boy.
