  Bill Reuther was very helpful to my choosing a reclining chair. He was patient as I tried out many, many chairs over a period of an hour, and made good suggestions to help me narrow my choices. Never did he make me feel pressured to make a decision, and was always readily available to answer my questions. Over all I was very pleased with my shopping experience at La-Z-Boy and with working with Bill to make a purchase I feel good about.

  My husband and I worked with Zach on recent furniture purchases. Zach is an amazing person with an impeccable sense of style and the patience of a saint as I waffled back and forth on color selection for a loveseat. He offered many options on fabrics and design. The store is very clean and easy to move about unlike some other stores. If we ever need furniture in the future, Zach will be our first call.

  Salesperson was a bit overwhelming. He had a hard time leaving us alone and maybe that contributed to me not making a good selection for me. Unfortunately, my chair is not comfortable and my back aches after sitting in it for awhile. I’d try La-Z-Boy again but would be more thorough in testing out chairs. The delivery team was great and made sure I was able to get the chair to fully recline easily.
