- SPSandi Phillips4 days ago1.0Beware! I will never walk into Lazyboy again. Spent $3700 on a sofa that I thought would be the best of the best. NOT! Purchased the Roman sofa, the head cushion was so overstuffed making sitting position so uncomfortable. Replaced this sofa with the Maddox , which makes you feel like your sliding off seat cushion! The designers need to go back to school! The corpus manager nor the San Antonio regional manager were interested in making things right. Now I'm stuck with a sofa I hate. Expected more from a store that used to have a great reputation. Makes me happy to drive by the store to see an empty parking lot! What comes around goes around!

But after Jorge showed us the products, the variety of fabrics, finishes, and quality, we talked it over and decided to buy the couch and chair that day. No pressure just knowledgeable sales person showing a great product. We couldn’t be happier with the experience.
