- AHAndria Hunter4 days ago2.0The employee who helped us was very nice and helpful. However, we were very disappointed to be charged $40 for the leather cleaner/conditioner we needed. We bought nice and expensive leather furniture from Lazy Boy several years ago and were told the conditioner we were suppose to use several times per year would be provided for free. We found out yesterday that we will now have to pay $40 every time we need it. Very frustrating!
- GSGary Soden6 days ago5.0I’ve never owned a recliner and asking some trusted friends where I should go.. well that’s how I ended up at two different Lazy Boys furniture stores. I pretty much knew going in that I was going to have to spend a good chunk of money but hey I always shoot for quality in everything I buy. First store I spent over an hour test driving almost every recliner. Couldn’t decide so I went home and thought about it. Two days later I went to the closer Lazy Boy store and made the plunge but I know I’ll be happy to have the Cadillac of recliners when I arrive home after shoulder replacement surgery.

The store personnel take as much time as necessary to allow you to try out different chairs in various configurations to find the one that best suits your needs. While not the cheapest chairs you can buy, we believe the quality of what you get justifies the price.
