    When shopping at La-Z-Boy we had the pleasure of having Jared as our salesman. He understood what we were looking for and showed us many styles, which we loved. Jared suggested we have Annahlese, there in store decorator to come to our house so she could get a idea of our space and what we wanted . She came. Measured and she couldthen see the space and see exactly where we wanted placement. We went back to the store yesterday and Annahlese had a computer with the layout of the room with the furniture we had selected. It was so helpful to see how the furniture would look, and how it fit in our living room. We purchased it all and I cannot wait for delivery. Thank you Annahlese and Jared for your help Ed and Nancy Greskowiak

    In my search for a chair that would support my wife after her back was broken, I called La-Z-Boy. The phone was answered by Katlyn, who gathered my information, gave me an education on chairs, and offered me some options to consider. I set an appointment with her for Friday. At that visit Katlyn continued to listen, and after much looking and sitting I made my choice and a purchase. The whole experience could not have been better. I look forward to a delivery on Wednesday. Thanks for all the help.

    Went in to purchase a recliner and after 3 different visits, we purchased a couch and loveseat instead. They do recline. Our consultant was Bethany, who was very helpful and patient with me and my husband. Delivery went smoothly and definitely loving our purchase.

    La-Z-Boy's customer service was excellent. We visited the showroom floor and the sales representative was very helpful to make sure we found the perfect set of chairs. Thank you for the excellent product and service. We are really enjoying our new furniture.

    We have two La-Z-Boy Felix, power recliners that we paid almost $8,000.00 for. We had unknowingly chosen their most expensive leather to cover them, and also paid extra for an extended protection plan through ServCo. About 15 months in, we noticed several problems. Chair #1 had on oil stain on the head rest from a guest and the lower rear section had a piece of cardboard covered in leather that kept falling off. Chair #2 had a worn area on the headrest from normal use. Also, the arms show the wood fame under the leather. Apparently, they are not properly padded. After contacting La-Z-Boy and then ServCo., then a virtual call we never heard back. When I contacted them, they said none of my problems were covered. Then we went to our store to talk to the manager (David J. Parham). He said before he got involved, I needed to call the La-Z-Boy and try to get them to help first. I called La-Z-Boy Customer Care and explained it all for the third time. I was referred to Uniters Leather Co. and told I would have to pay for all repairs myself. So, the story is I paid $8000 for 2 recliners and a warranty that is useless and customer service that is even mor useless. We have been buying La-Z-Boy for years, but this was defiantly our last purchase.
